Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pajok and using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors who browse without an account. Use of pajok's services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.

pajok reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and notice may be provided through in-platform messaging. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "pajok" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the pajok online betting platform operated at pajok.io and all associated services, products, and features accessible under that domain.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pajok account or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Member on the pajok platform, including the associated BDT wallet balance and betting history.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and features offered by pajok, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other game formats available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's account by pajok as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, which requires Members to submit government-issued identification documents to confirm their identity, age, and address.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all pajok account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated.

Eligibility

To register and use a pajok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pajok or had a previous account permanently closed by pajok for Terms violation.

pajok reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To access pajok's real-money services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active pajok account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pajok reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets placed from secondary accounts, and forfeit any funds held in those accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. pajok strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pajok's support team immediately via live chat. pajok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pajok account at any time by contacting live chat support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (subject to satisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded via your last-used verified payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been fulfilled. pajok may also close accounts at its discretion where there is evidence of Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of complete inactivity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pajok accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within minutes of processing, depending on the payment channel used.

pajok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — you may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of your account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of real-money funds.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed in full, including submission of a valid NID (National ID) or passport.
• pajok targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment channel and volume.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on pajok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pajok does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are outside pajok's control and are the Member's sole responsibility.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on pajok are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of conflict between general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that product category.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

pajok reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed after an event or market has closed; (b) the odds or price displayed were the result of a manifest error; (c) there is reason to suspect that the bet is part of a coordinated attempt to exploit the platform; or (d) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits for the relevant market.

6.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction — pajok reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. pajok will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from manifest errors, and no Member may knowingly exploit an error to their advantage.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on pajok. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, event, and account status. pajok reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

pajok offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus-derived funds are held in a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal. If you choose to forfeit a bonus before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pajok has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated software or coordinated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; providing false information to qualify for promotions; and exploiting bonus terms through low-variance betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pajok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under the age of 21 or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds or game conditions.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the platform (money laundering).
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or use of insider information when placing bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any area of the platform, including other Members' accounts, backend systems, or administrative interfaces.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits after those funds have been wagered on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform, subject to withdrawal of any verified eligible balance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

pajok operates as an offshore online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore regulations under which pajok is licensed and operated.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that online betting may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
